Prague City Tourism and New Town Hall offer visitors a brand new combined ticket - Town Hall Pass
The affordable ticket includes a visit to the historical halls of the Old Town Hall, the visit to the tower of the New Town Hall and two visits to the tower of the Old Town Hall. Additionally, the Town Hall Pass is valid for 3 days and provides priority check-in.

 
The Town Hall Pass builds on the successful cooperation between Prague City Tourism and the New Town Hall in 2017. It is on sale from May 25, 2018 at the ticket offices of both buildings:

Full admission 350 CZK

Reduced entrance fee 250 CZK / children, students and pensioners

With this combined ticket, visitors will go to the New Town Hall's sightseeing gallery and can look into the Baroque chapel here. At the Old Town Hall, the visitor will visit the historic halls, the Gothic chapel, the Romanesque underground, and twice on the tower (once in daylight and once after dark). Holders of the Town Hall Pass, due to its extended validity, can divide individual visits within three days.

The ticket must be stored for proof at the Second City Hall.

Opening hours New Town Hall:

Tue - Sun 10 am - 6 pm

Lunch break 30 min. between 12 am and 1 pm

The tower is closed in the winter time.
